Motor control related to playing hands independently and finger dexterity is also incorporated.\nIf a student feels confident enough in their abilities to share their music with others\, often they are included in piano recitals (2 per year) and other special events where they are usually filled with pride at their accomplishment of preparing a challenging piece of music.\nThis all begins with weekly lessons where students are taken step by step\, at a pace comfortable for them.
