Capstone Admissions
The admissions process for Franklin Capstone is a series of conversations, information sharing, and data collection. The goal is to best understand the individual needs of each applicant so we can provide a personalized growth path for each individual.
Steps in the Process
The admissions process starts with thoroughly reading through the program’s website in order to gain a full understanding of our mission and the students we serve.
Then, prospective parents/students can schedule a tour of our facility and interview with our staff.
After that, if you decide to move forward, you can apply by submitting the following admissions documents.
- Completed application, *(including $150 non-refundable application fee payable to Franklin Center.)
- * Latest IEP and most recent comprehensive assessment OR psychological-educational evaluation.
- * School transcripts.
- * Completed Release of Information Form.
* = does not apply to current Franklin Academy families
Once Franklin Capstone has received all required admissions documents, our team will do a thorough document review and screening.
After the facility tour/interview and review of a studentโs application, if the Admissions Team believe Franklin Capstone is a good fit, we will offer admissions.
To accept the admissions offer, please return the signed contract and non-refundable $1,000 deposit.
Every student who is admitted must have a completed medical examination and immunization report.
